We accept payments made by both credit cards and bank transfer.
Do you provide registered mail? And it is compulsory?
Yes it is compulsory, all orders are sent out via registered mail with Singpost to ensure a safe and guaranteed delivery to our customers.
What does flat rate postage mean?
Flat rate postage means that regardless of your order quantity and size, you will only have to pay for a single postage charge for each order transaction. Which means, the more your purchase in a single order, the more you save on shipping costs!
Do you offer the option of meet-ups or self-collection for orders?
We do not offer the option of meet-ups or self-collection.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
All sales are final and changing of orders or cancellation is not allowed.
Do you allow for exchanges?
All items purchased off our website is considered final sale and MAIA does not accept any form of returns or exchanges, unless in the event of a faulty or wrong order received.

Registered Mail
Registered packages usually arrive within 2 working days, but may take up to 5 working days from the shipped date, excluding public holidays. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. A tracking number, or registered article number (RA#), allows you to check the status of the package with the mail service provider. For SingPost, you can track the status of your package here.

Monday-Friday:
- Orders placed before 1159pm, Friday will be sent out on the following Saturday.
Saturday:
- Orders placed before 2pm will be sent out on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out on Sunday.
Sunday and Public Holidays:
- Orders placed on Sunday before 2pm will be sent out on the same day.
- Orders placed on Sunday after 2pm will be sent out on the following Saturday.
- Orders placed on Singapore Public Holidays will be sent out on the subsequent Saturday.
Miscellaneous:
- All parcels will be sent via Singapore Post.
- Proof of postage will be obtained for all parcels sent out, to avoid disputes over delivery dates and problems over lost packages.
- For international purchases, ilovemaia.com will not be responsible for any custom duties, taxes, fees or charges levied by your country’s customs department. In such an event, please expect that your delivery will be delayed.

and follow the instructions given. For payments by credit cards, select Paypal as the
payment method. For payments through interbank transfer or internet banking, please follow
the instructions in your invoice sent to your email account and send payments to
